We aim to ship most orders within 3-5 working days but this might be slightly longer during busy times or for items that are on pre-order.
Delivery, once shipped, is usually 2 working days as we ship packages out on a 48 hour Royal Mail dispatch, but it might be longer in exceptional circumstances, or if it’s an international package.
Please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive before contacting us.
A signature is not required upon delivery, if no one is available to take delivery of the item, Royal Mail will leave the item in a safe place or they will take it back to the local delivery office for you to collect. You will receive an email confirming dispatch of an item within 24 hours of us sending your item. (please check your spam and junk folders just in case!)
We really hope you love your items when you receive them but if for any reason you do need to return something, you can do so within subject to the following conditions:
- It is within 14 days of receipt
- The item has not been worn and all tags, belts and sashes etc… are still attached
- The item is not marked, covered in animal hair, has no make up traces and no deodorant marks and does not smell of cigarettes, perfume etc.
- It is folded neatly into the original bag – not the original grey dispatch bag, but the clear item bag.
IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED TO US AFTER THE 14 CALENDAR DAY TIME SCALE A RETURN WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE AND THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
We only refund the cost of the items returned, we do not refund postage costs.
Please fill in the invoice that will have arrived within your package, clearly stating that you would like a refund. (if you have misplaced this form, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a blank returns form) Enclose this invoice within your returning package and send it back via your local Post Office. We recommend 1st or 2nd class signed for which will give you a tracking number and allow you to check when the item is received at our warehouse. The returns address can be found below. Do not use the returns address on the postage label as this is our courier’s head office.
If an item is in any way faulty we will refund the cost of your return postage (up to £4.40). Otherwise, the return postage is paid by the customer.
Please fill in the invoice that was received within your package with the “exchange?” box ticked and the item clearly described in the “exchange for” box. (if you have misplaced this form, please contact email@example.com for a blank returns form)
We will post one exchange to you free of charge, after that, additional postage fees will be payable.
We will always try to process your return as quickly as possible but please allow 7 working days from receipt of your parcel in the warehouse to action a refund and up to 7 working days for an exchange. This may take longer during busy periods. Unfortunately we don’t confirm individual returns.
Please note once a refund has been actioned via PayPal it can take up to 5 working days to show in your account.
