Where Are You Based?
We’re based in Whitwick, Leicestershire, East Midlands, England, UK.
Do You Do Custom/Children’s Designs?
Unfortunately we don’t offer custom made items or children’s sizing at the moment.
Do You Have A Shop?
Yes, well, sort of! We open up our warehouse and offices to visitors during the week. Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm. We are based in an old church we are currently renovating and it is a working warehouse so please bear that in mind if you do come and visit.
You can also do Click and Collect if ordering on the site - we will then email you to let you know your order is ready!
We also do occasional pop up shops on a Saturday, please check out the events section on our Facebook page.
Can I Visit The Address Provided On The Website?
No, unfortunately that address is our warehouse which isn’t covered for public/customer insurance.
Is It Safe To Buy Online?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our website encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
I’ve Fallen In Love With One Of Your Items But It’s Out Of Stock!! When Will It Be Back??
Many of our items are produced in small quantities, as we have limited amounts of fabric available. This means that often we are unable to produce more of a dress or skirt in a certain print.

Shipping Information
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently ship via Royal Mail only on a tracked 48 hour service. We might be able to upgrade to a 24 hour service or guaranteed next day - please get in touch!
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We ship our lovely products out on a 48 hour service. But please allow 3-5 working days for your item to be processed and shipped in the UK. This is taking slightly longer during the pandemic as we operate on skeleton staff and Royal Mail are even busier. Please be aware some of our products may be on backorder – but it will state this on the page when ordering and you will get confirmation of this in your email.
What Does It Mean When I Get An Email Saying “Complete”?
When we’ve started processing your order (picking and packing to get it ready for shipment) you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order is complete and should be with you in the next 2-3 working days.

No, not at all. You can place an order as a “guest”. Please select this option during the check out process.
How Do I Track My Order?
When we’ve dispatched your order, you should receive tracking details from Royal Mail. If this isn’t the case, feel free to email us at help@elsiesattic.co.uk and we’ll track your parcel for you.

How Can I Return A Product?
Please follow the instructions on your invoice that will have been sent with your order, or check out our delivery & returns page.
How Long Does It Take For A Return To Be Processed?
Please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed. If you contact us before this time we may not be able to help, but please provide your full name, order number and the date the returning package was received in the warehouse to help@elsiesattic.co.uk
